Large equipment may need to pass through exterior doors, hallways, elevators or stairwells before it reaches the event space. A room can be large enough while the access route is not.
Before confirming a larger setup, note narrow doorways, tight corners, stairs, elevator dimensions and any distance from parking to the entrance. Sharing these details early helps us avoid equipment choices that are difficult to move safely into position.
For multi-level homes or venues, tell us which floor will host the activity area and whether there is a suitable lift or stair route.
