Our role is to make event entertainment easier to plan. That means looking beyond a list of rental items and considering where equipment will sit, how guests will approach it, what access the venue provides and when the space needs to be ready.

Our primary service area is Calgary. We also plan rentals for nearby communities such as Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks where schedule and delivery requirements can be accommodated. Larger Alberta event projects can be discussed individually.
Because venue access varies widely, the location alone is not enough to confirm logistics. We may ask about loading entrances, elevators, parking, stairs and the time window available for setup and collection.
